Kinda Ronstadt is not a tribute act. It doesn't imitate Linda or her band. Instead, it captures the spirit of the music, with a nod to the past and deep respect for the integrity of the time.
You'll get all the hits: You're No Good, When Will I Be Loved, Blue Bayou, and plenty more. The country vibe is in full swing with Poor Pitiful Me, Love is a Rose, and Silver Threads and Golden Needles, along with some back catalogue tunes like I Never Will Marry, Lo Siento Mi Vida, and I Can't Let Go, featuring the spectacular Melissa and Shannon McCready covering the vocals of Emmylou Harris and Dolly Parton from the Trio albums.
Then there's the Kinda part of the show: songs associated with Linda and the musicians she influenced and worked with, like The Eagles, Neil Young, Little Feat and Jackson Browne.
All in all, the show is 2.5 hours of high energy fun, that will touch your heart, lift your spirit, and maybe bring back some memories. For Linda Ronstadt fans, and people who love music of the 70s, this is the show to see.
